There was some very high scoring in week 5 of the shop sweep. Gary McCabe won the £60 1st prize by decimating the field with 37pts over 14 holes, winning by 3pts from Paul McElhone on 34pts. Nigel Graham won the gross prize and £50 with 53 (-3) and a regular in the prizes, Martin LCG Monaghan won 2nd gross with 54 (-2). Also in the prizes were Niall Johnston, Marc McCabe and Oliver Gallagher.
Starting Friday 28th November I am introducing handicap cuts for prize winners. These cuts are only for the shop sweep and do not effect your GUI handicap. The cuts will be for 4 weeks of the shop sweep only and are as follows:
