The adverse weather conditions had a profound effect on the scoring for the shopsweep starting on the 5th December. The winner of the £60 first prize was Martin Kelly with 33points but only after a countback from Harry Dunlop. Returning to the winners circle in the gross section was Bryan Martin on +3 and 2nd gross went to Paul R Martin on +4. Also in the prizes were Leonard Kelly, Brian Quinn, David Shepherd and Richard Earls. Two's paid £11 each.
